Green Key Silver for Blue Square  After winning the title of Best environmental entrepreneur of New West Amsterdam, we can now also call ourselves officially a Green Key Hotel.

We won!!!!   Wednesday the 8th of December we learned that we are the Best environmental entrepreneur of New West Amsterdam 2010  Out of the 22 companies that participated, 4 were nominated and yesterday evening we became the winner. Next to a number of things the hotel has already done to become "greener" we will use the price money to buy solar panels, plants and led lighting for the garden to be in front of the hotel. The panels will provide energie for the lighting. We are very proud of this award and will continue and expand our "green" policy.  Blue Square...we care!
